Summer, so far...

It's definitely summer. I was driving home from work yesterday and the temperature inside my care was 106 degrees F. GROSSSS! No matter how hard the air conditioning was blasting, it was still really hot.

Andrew comes home tomorrow from New Orleans. I have missed him a lot this past week and am really having a hard time getting used to being at the house alone all week. So, it's just me and the dogs--and, man-o-man, I wish they could talk!

On a lighter note, I purchased an "airline-approved" dog carrier for Coco yesterday. Oddly, I am very excited about it. I took her on some errands with me last night just to test it--she seemed okay with it :)

So freaking precious.

I just love her to death! I hope she likes Boston--I know the winter will be the coldest she's ever experienced. I am keeping my fingers crossed that she adjusts well.

It's Thursday--and I DON'T want to go to work this morning. Yesterday went pretty quickly, and I stayed busy most of the day--but I don't think there is much to do today, and Friday fever usually begins spreading quickly through the office today. Maybe I'll go home early! Who knows...
