Well, today I began my process of looking for a job! More than one job! I started with looking for a summer job while I live in Fort Worth this summer. So far, I have one promising endeavor....hopefully, I'll have more. I am keeping my options open since it is still early.
Then, today, I applied to TakeLessons.com--and hopefully, if I'm hired, this company will find students for me! Of course, whenever I move to wherever I go to graduate school, I will try to find my students myself. But TakeLessons.com sure would be a help!!
Growing up is an interesting journey. Definitely scary at times...but exciting all the same. I want to be completely self-sufficient, but within time. I know there's just something special about being on your own. I think I have finally moved past my growing up "funk!" I am beginning to get exciting about the near future: graduating, spending the summer with Andrew, and moving to Boston or Bloomington (maybe Philadelphia.)
Which reminds me! My audition for the Curtis Institute is on Thursday! PLEASE think happy thoughts! I am very exciting about this opera-tunity! (haha, I know, I know.)
I will keep you posted. But, I do feel pretty confident in saying...if it's not Philadelphia...it will most likely be BOSTON!!!
