A heavy heart...

This past week has been quite....eventful. I am not even sure if that would be the appropriate word for it. But, all I can say is that my life was significantly altered come Wednesday night at 9:45pm. I will not go into detail of what I saw, but a young girl lost her life in my apartment building that night.
Things have been quite difficult for me over the last 5 days...and I pray daily that I gain the strength to overcome the fear that has taken over my mind. I know time heals all wounds. But, time just doesn't seem to move fast enough in instances such as this. I will return to Waco on Tuesday morning before class. And my mother will be staying with me for a few days.

I came home for Easter for some much needed rest and some family time. It was nice to spend quality time with my family. I know I won't get to see them as much when I leave for Boston. I'm not sure how I feel about that at the moment ;)
It will be nice to get away. I will be spending the remaining weekends of the semester in Dallas with family and Andrew. I only have four more weeks of class...and then a full dead week. I finish exams on the 8th of May...and don't graduate until the 15th! Then......."Ta-Ta, Waco!!!"

I know these seems all too heavy, but on a lighter note--Coco wanted to pop in and show you all her Easter dress!
